Terms of use

Redwards is your company's employee recognition programme. By using it you agree to the following:

Recognition and tokens

Tokens are awarded by supervisors for genuine contributions. They hold no cash value and can only be redeemed for items in the Redwards shop. Token balances and awards may be adjusted by administrators to correct errors.

Community feed

Awards appear on the shared feed for colleagues to celebrate. Keep comments respectful and professional. Content that is offensive or inappropriate may be removed and may lead to loss of access.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private and don't share your login. Your name and profile photo are visible to colleagues within the app.

Privacy

The app stores your name, work email, token history and any content you post. This data is used only to run the recognition programme and is visible to programme administrators.
